The First Collection Dubai Business Bay Hotel

My recent stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. the staff here are exceptional - always ready to assist with a smile. the room service was prompt and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. the Vyne Restaurant served scrumptious food with impeccable service. I even received a free room upgrade upon arrival, giving me a stunning view. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations.

One aspect that could be improved is the slight distance from some main convenience centers, making it a bit inconvenient for quick trips. the shuttle service to Soluna Beach could be more efficient, as it tends to get overcrowded due to collecting guests from multiple hotels.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The First Collection Business Bay in Dubai for a business trip, as chosen by my director. The hotel boasts 437 stylish guestrooms and suites, many of which offer breathtaking panoramic views of Dubai's iconic skyline. The sustainably designed guest amenities truly impressed me, and the range of exciting signature F&B outlets provided a delightful culinary experience. The leisure facilities including a fully equipped gym, modern spa, and a 25-meter swimming pool overlooking Downtown Dubai made my stay truly rejuvenating. Additionally, the innovative NEST coworking space offered a perfect environment to catch up on work while enjoying the vibrant ambience.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The pool deck overlooking Dubai's skyline was a highlight, and the cozy bed ensured a good night's sleep. Free beach access was a bonus. The location was convenient for both business and leisure. a smart choice for any traveler. And yes, I may have watched one too many sunsets from the balcony!

I chose this hotel for attending a convocation because of its close proximity to the city's world-class attractions, including Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, as well as key business districts and extensive transport links. The staff was extremely helpful, and I appreciated the hotel's competitive pricing and convenient location.

The only service I missed for work was a reliable and consistent breakfast option that would have allowed me to start my day in a more efficient manner.

the hotel was clean, and located close to a great restaurant. the pool with burj khalifa view was amazing. the breakfast and dinner options were great as well. the staff - especially at the Vyne Restaurant - were very helpful.

The room was spacious and always clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making the check-out process extremely fast. However, the location was not ideal due to limited shuttle services and slow check-in.

The breakfast had so many options, and my room with a view and balcony was perfect. DEFINITELY coming back! the pool is even better in person.

I had so much fun smelling cigarette smoke and urine in my non-smoking room. Housekeeping did a stellar job of just making the bed.

Stunning room with excellent amenities, including tea and coffee facilities. Clean and well-maintained facilities with pleasant aroma throughout. Top-notch hospitality with warm welcome from Mr. Vural and assistance from Miss Meryam.

The staff was super chill and helped us plan our visits to Burj Khalifa and La Mer beach. The pool was lit, and we could just chill there even after we checked out. The hotel's location was epic too, close to all the cool spots.

The only thing they could improve for the young squad like us is to have more happening nightlife options nearby.
